Offerswoop Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 1st November 2026
These terms explain the rules for using the Offerswoop website, browsing offers, creating an account and following links to retailers. Please read them before using the service. Retailers sell their own products and set the terms for their offers and sales.
-
Who we are and how to contact us
Offerswoop is operated by The Billing Hub Limited ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08471034. Our registered office is 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, London, England, HA4 7AE. You can contact us about the website or these terms at support@offerswoop.com.
Offerswoop is a brand of The Billing Hub Limited. Unless an offer page clearly states otherwise, we provide a website that displays discount codes, voucher codes, promotions and other deals and may link you to the retailer or offer provider.
-
About these terms
These terms apply when you visit or use Offerswoop, including when you create an account, view or reveal a code, submit feedback, or follow a link from our website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
If a particular promotion, competition, prize draw, feature or offer has its own additional rules, those rules apply to that activity and prevail over these terms where they conflict. The retailer’s own terms apply to your purchase from that retailer.
-
The Offerswoop service
We publish information about offers from retailers and other third-party providers. An offer may include a discount code, voucher code, sale, promotion, deal, free delivery offer or other saving. We may provide a link to the retailer’s website so you can check the offer and, if you wish, make a purchase directly from the retailer.
Unless a page expressly says that Offerswoop is the seller or supplier, Offerswoop does not sell the retailer’s products or services, process your order, take payment for the retailer’s products or decide whether a retailer accepts a code. Your purchase contract is with the retailer or other provider, not with The Billing Hub Limited. The retailer is responsible for the product or service, fulfilment, delivery, payment, returns, refunds, warranties and customer support relating to that purchase.
Some listings may be available without an account. Other features or offers may require registration or a paid subscription. Before you create a paid subscription or agree to a charge, we will clearly show the applicable price and payment terms and ask you to confirm your agreement. Visiting the website or creating a free account does not by itself authorize a payment or recurring charge.
-
Paid subscriptions, payment and cancellation
Where we offer a paid subscription, the sign-up page provided through PayPal will state what access it provides, the amount and currency of each payment, how often payments are taken, whether a free or discounted trial applies, when the first payment will be due, whether the subscription renews automatically, and how to cancel. These details will be shown before you confirm the subscription.
You will be asked to take a clear action confirming the paid subscription and authorising the payment method shown at checkout. Recurring payments will continue only on the terms disclosed at sign-up and until you cancel. We will send confirmation of the subscription and its key terms in a durable format, such as email. Payments may be processed by PayPal. The provider may also have its own terms.
After we accept your subscription, we will confirm it and provide instructions for accessing the subscribed features. Paid access is available only while your subscription remains active and payments due are successfully made. If access is temporarily unavailable, contact us using the details in section 1 so we can investigate.
If a payment is declined or reversed, we may pause access to paid features while the payment issue is resolved. We will not charge a different amount or change the payment frequency without giving you the information and obtaining any agreement required by law.
You can cancel using the cancelation and unsubscribe features provided by PayPal, or by contacting us at support@offerswoop.com. Cancellation will stop future renewals. Unless the plan details say otherwise, access will continue until the end of the period you have paid for. We will not require you to give more notice than is clearly stated before you subscribe or permitted by law.
If a free or discounted trial is offered, its duration, the date and amount of the first charge, and how to cancel before that charge will be shown before you subscribe. A trial will convert to a paid subscription only if that conversion and its terms were clearly disclosed and you expressly agreed to the subscription at sign-up.
Nothing in these terms removes a right to a refund or other remedy that you have under consumer law. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or cannot access a paid feature, contact us using the details in section 1.
-
Offers, codes and retailer terms
We take reasonable steps to present offer information accurately and to check codes where practicable. However, offers can change, expire, be withdrawn, have limited availability or be subject to eligibility rules, product exclusions, minimum spend, location, stock or other conditions set by the retailer. Information may become out of date after it is published.
Before placing an order, check the retailer’s offer terms, final price, delivery charges and other conditions. A code may not apply to every product, customer, order or region, and the retailer may refuse a code that does not meet its conditions. Unless the retailer says otherwise, codes may not be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash.
If a code does not work, you can let us know using support@offerswoop.com. We may investigate, correct or remove the listing, but we cannot guarantee that a retailer will honour an offer or provide a particular saving. Any remedy for a problem with a purchase should be sought from the retailer, without affecting any rights you may have against that retailer under law.
-
Accounts and acceptable use
Some features may require you to create an account or sign in. You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where the law says otherwise. You must also meet any age, location and other eligibility requirements shown for the relevant account, offer or promotion. Unless the relevant plan or offer says otherwise, an account is for one individual, may not be shared or transferred, and each person may hold only one account. You must not create or use additional accounts to bypass eligibility conditions or gain an unfair advantage in an offer or promotion.
You may use Offerswoop for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law, infringes another person’s rights or causes harm;
- copy, scrape, harvest, republish or commercially exploit our listings or website content without our written permission, except where the law permits;
- use automated systems to access the website or collect information in a way that disrupts it or circumvents technical restrictions;
- introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or its systems, or misuse any account or promotion; or
- provide false information, manipulate feedback or misuse a promotion or prize draw.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, retailers or our legal rights, or where you materially breach these terms. Where appropriate, we will give you a reason and an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
We may take proportionate steps where we reasonably believe that an account is being shared, multiple accounts are being used to evade a restriction, or automated or excessive activity is disrupting the service or other users. Any restriction will be applied consistently with applicable consumer law and the terms of any paid plan.
-
Links, advertising and affiliate relationships
Offerswoop may contain links to third-party websites and may receive a commission or other payment if you click a link or make a purchase. This does not increase the price you pay unless the retailer’s own terms say otherwise. We may also display sponsored or promoted offers, which will be identified where required.
Third-party websites are operated independently. We do not control their content, privacy practices, availability, products or services. A link does not mean that we endorse or guarantee the linked website or its products. Please review the third party’s terms and privacy notice before using its website or providing information to it.
-
Prize draws and other promotions
From time to time we or a third party may make a prize draw, competition or other promotion available through Offerswoop. Each promotion will have separate rules explaining who may enter, how to enter, closing dates, prizes and how winners are selected and notified. Those rules will state whether an active paid subscription is required for eligibility and any limits on entries. If subscription status affects eligibility, that condition will also be clearly disclosed before a consumer agrees to a paid subscription. Please read the promotion rules before entering.
-
Our content and intellectual property
The Offerswoop name, branding, website design, text, graphics, software and other materials on the website are owned by or licensed to The Billing Hub Limited or its licensors. You may view and use them for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the service. No other rights are granted to you. Retailer names, logos, product images and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
-
Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Offerswoop available and useful, but we do not promise that the website or any listing will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or up to date. We may add, change, suspend or remove website features, listings or content. We will take reasonable care when doing so and will comply with any legal obligations that apply.
-
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
If you use Offerswoop as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that we cause and that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for a retailer’s acts or omissions, the retailer’s products or services, or third-party websites that we do not control. These terms do not affect your legal rights against the retailer with whom you make a purchase.
If you use the website for business purposes, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
-
Email and marketing
We may send service messages about your account, payments, security, changes to the service or support requests. We will send marketing messages only where we have the required permission or another lawful basis. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing will not stop essential service messages. See our Privacy Notice for more information.
-
Complaints
If you are unhappy with Offerswoop or the way we have handled a request, please contact us at support@offerswoop.com and include your name, account email (if applicable) and a clear description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the complaint, respond as soon as reasonably possible and tell you if we need more information or time to investigate. This procedure does not affect any legal rights you may have.
-
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use personal information. Our Cookie Notice explains how cookies and similar technologies are used. They are available on the website. These notices do not form part of these terms unless they expressly say otherwise.
-
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Offerswoop, our business, technology or applicable law. The current version will be posted on the website with its effective date. If a change materially affects your use of an account or a paid feature, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Your continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms, except where the law requires a different process.
-
General
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. If we delay in enforcing a right, that does not mean we have waived it. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations where this does not reduce your rights under these terms or applicable law.
-
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you retain any mandatory consumer protections available to you under local law. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
